Hudson is an American-inspired steakhouse.
Our menu contains a wide variety of steaks, burgers, sandwiches and other classic dishes with a unique twist. We let our Ingredients "speak for themselves", all the ingredients are in the highest level of quality and freshness.
The meats in our restaurant achieve a quality and meticulous preparation in Our butchery.
This unique process includes: Selected Beef from the best "Israeli" Cows, process of "Dry Aging" in our special refrigerators with optimal conditions, proportion of unique cutting and roasting. The menu contains variety of special cuts of Steaks. Each day the steaks that achieved the optimal aging are being served. Even our burger is a steak - chopped steak.
Hudson was established in January 2008. The restaurant located in the inner square of "Or" Towers in Ramat Hahayal; business area by day and a quality entertainment area in the evening. The restaurant has wide space which can offer intimate tables, wide bar and room for multiplied-gussets meals.
Hudson offers to arrange events from 9 to 120 participants. A unique experience is guaranteed.
The restaurant is open every day from 12:00 until last customer.
Lunch menu is offered : Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 to 17:00
Dinner menu is offered : Sunday to Saturday from 17:00 to last customer.

In Hudson we love meat. This love comes to expression in the variety of meat that we are offering to our customers. When our butcher, follows the cows from the field to the plate, a new unique creation has been made. We are offering fresh, high quality meat from the best Israeli beef. The special cuts of meat are being prepared in a unique aging refrigerator, in the special method of "Dry Aging".
